Intel Science Talent Search

The Intel Science Talent Search (STS) is Americas most prestigious science research competition for high school seniors. Each spring, 40 finalists are selected from a nationwide pool of thousands to attend the week-long Intel Science Talent Institute in Washington, D.C. There, students have the opportunity to present their research projects to the general public and members of the scientific community at the National Academy of Sciences, meet with distinguished government leaders and participate in a rigorous judging process.

Jewish Foundation for Education of Women

The Jewish Foundation for Education of Women (JFEW) is a private, nonsectarian organization that provides scholarships to women with financial need who live in the New York City area. They have been supporting women in attaining their educational goals and becoming economically independent for more than 125 years. JFEW helps women of all backgrounds and all ages. They currently assist over 500 women each year with scholarship support.
